Zoho Corporation has launched significant updates to its customer experience (CX) platform alongside the official rollout of Ulaa Enterprise — a secure browser designed for businesses that prioritise security and cloud-first workflows. The announcements were made on Friday as part of the company’s broader push into AI-driven enterprise solutions.
At the core of Zoho’s CX platform update is the company’s new vision, CRM for Everyone. The initiative aims to democratise access to customer data across departments while enhancing personalisation and security. Powered by Zia, Zoho’s proprietary AI engine, the platform includes new tools that simplify CRM operations and improve customer experience across sales, onboarding, support, finance, and legal teams.
Zia-enhanced tools bring natural language capability to CRM
Zoho’s updated CX platform includes features such as Ask Zia, which enables users to generate reports using simple natural language prompts. A new no-code module builder also allows users to create or modify CRM functions without writing code.
Connected Records and Connected Workflows have been introduced to link customer interactions across different teams, ensuring a consistent and cohesive user experience. CEO Mani Vembu explained that the platform is designed to empower more people in the organisation with the tools they need to contribute to customer success, all through intuitive, AI-driven interfaces.
Ulaa Enterprise browser targets browser-first security challenges
Zoho also launched Ulaa Enterprise — a Chromium-based browser tailored for security-conscious organisations. With browser-based tools becoming central to workplace operations, Ulaa Enterprise introduces enterprise-grade security features without the complexity of traditional IT infrastructure.

Features include data loss prevention, centralised policy control, audit tools, and Zia-powered AI security monitoring. The browser is platform-agnostic and supports Android, iOS, and desktop environments, making it suitable for hybrid and remote teams.
Zoho reports a 2.5x increase in downloads and monthly active users since the original Ulaa browser’s launch. The enterprise version has also gained early recognition, winning the Indian Web Browser Development Challenge organised by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY).
With these launches, Zoho is positioning itself as a key player in enterprise CX and secure digital workspace innovation — two domains rapidly transforming under the influence of AI and remote-first work models.
