Accenture has announced the acquisition of TalentSprint, a deep tech-focused education firm, from NSE Academy Ltd, a subsidiary of the National Stock Exchange of India. The acquisition is aimed at scaling Accenture’s LearnVantage platform and enhancing its ability to deliver industry-relevant certifications, bootcamps, and workforce transformation programs.
Founded in 2008 by Santanu Paul, J Chowdary, and Madhu Murty, TalentSprint has become a leading provider of hybrid learning programs across emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, data science, blockchain, cybersecurity, fintech, and digital health. The company’s blended delivery model—combining online and experiential learning—has trained thousands of professionals across India and internationally, with strong academic partnerships including IITs, IIMs, and IIITs.
“The addition of TalentSprint boosts our ability to meet growing demand for training in cutting-edge tech, helping organisations reimagine their workforce,” said Kishore Durg, global lead for Accenture LearnVantage.
TalentSprint’s Team to Join LearnVantage
As part of the deal, approximately 210 TalentSprint professionals will join Accenture LearnVantage, strengthening the platform’s end-to-end learning delivery, curriculum development, and domain expertise across high-demand tech areas.
TalentSprint has demonstrated robust business momentum, with revenue from operations rising 40.8% to INR 100 crore in FY23, up from INR 71 crore in FY22. Financial details for FY24 and FY25 have not yet been disclosed.
The acquisition aligns with Accenture’s broader strategy to build a future-ready workforce, preparing enterprises and governments for an increasingly AI-powered economy.
Strategic Fit for LearnVantage’s Growth Vision
With this move, Accenture continues to strengthen its position in the future of learning, tapping into the growing need for enterprise-wide upskilling and reskilling in advanced technologies. TalentSprint’s strong academic collaborations and programmatic expertise will complement LearnVantage’s mission to deliver scalable, high-impact talent development solutions globally.
The acquisition also underscores the rising strategic importance of deep tech education and agile workforce transformation as industries navigate rapid technological shifts.
