The National Institute of Technical Teachers Training and Research (NITTTR), Chandigarh, has announced the launch of the CopConnect Cyber Wellness Clinic, developed in collaboration with the Information Sharing and Analysis Center (ISAC) and supported by Zscaler under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
The clinic, located at Sector 26, Chandigarh, is set to officially open on April 30, 2025, and aims to strengthen cybersecurity resilience across academic institutions and law enforcement bodies.
A Hub for Cybersecurity Training and Awareness
Designed as a central hub for cybersecurity education, the CopConnect Cyber Wellness Clinic will focus on bridging the gap between academia, law enforcement, and industry leaders. Building on the success of the first clinic launched at Punjab University in March 2025, this initiative reflects a growing commitment to equip students, educators, and law enforcement with critical digital security skills.
The facility will offer:
Cybersecurity Awareness Sessions: Workshops covering phishing threats, identity theft, and digital fraud prevention.
Practical Training: Hands-on experience through Cyberange Cybersecurity Labs, simulating real-world threat scenarios.
Law Enforcement Collaboration: Programs designed to enhance cybercrime investigation capabilities.
Certified Learning Opportunities: Access to 26 cybersecurity certification programs offered by ISAC.
Exposure to Advanced Security Platforms: Training on ISAC’s Breach Point, EthixFirst, and National Security Database.
Strengthening India’s Cyber Resilience
The partnership between NITTTR Chandigarh, ISAC, and Zscaler is a significant step toward building a more cyber-resilient society. By providing targeted training and fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness, the CopConnect Cyber Wellness Clinic will empower individuals across sectors to navigate digital threats more effectively.
